Last week, it was reportedly announced that Frank Ocean will be headlining the Indio festival in 2023. Ocean was originally headlining the canceled 2020 festival, and is now making his return. Although lineup details are not ever revealed this early on, the festival's co-founder told Los Angeles Times that he wanted to reassure fans Ocean would be making a return to the desert.
