Yves Tumor at HISTORY | Photo Gallery

On May 9th, Yves Tumor stormed History in Toronto with their distinct blend of glam rock, post-punk and industrial grunge as part of the "To Spite or Not to Spite" North American tour. They hyped up the ocean of fans with songs like "God is a Circle", "Gospel for a New Century ' and "Heaven Surrounds Us Like a Hood".

Their live rendition of "Operator" was a favourite as the entire audience erupted with a chorus of "Be aggressive!" on top of the driving bass stylings of bassist Gina Ramirez. The band, most notably guitarist Chris Greatti, brought an explosive aura to the stage, especially during their electrifying encore.

Yves Tumor was also supported by indie rock band Pretty Sick and Calfornia-based electronic duo NATION.
